By engaging in business with National Drinks Distribution LTD, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in business with National Drinks Distribution LTD ("NDD"), customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. NDD reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

 

Orders and Delivery

• Orders can be placed via our designated channels and are subject to availability.
• Delivery times are estimates, and NDD shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.

 

Pricing and Payment:

• Prices are as quoted and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment terms are agreed upon during account setup and must be adhered to. Late payments may incur interest charges.
• NDD reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in supplier costs or external economic factors.

 

Product Quality

NDD guarantees the quality of products supplied. Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. NDD shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from improper storage or handling by the customer.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective products. Refund claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Customer Care

NDD is committed to providing excellent customer service. Customer queries or concerns should be communicated to NDD promptly for resolution.

 

License and Compliance

Customers must possess a valid license to trade in alcoholic beverages. Customers are responsible for compliance with all relevant UK laws and regulations.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of business.

Force Majeure

NDD shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulations.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms herein. NDD reserves the right to terminate the agreement if a customer's license is revoked or if there is a material change in the customer's legal status.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
