The very expressive nose has a fruity dominance. This 1er Cru is powerfully aromatic on the palate and has a lengthy persistence. Settling, cold storing for 48h. A part of the wine continue its fermentation in thermo régulated stainless steel vats and the other part in barrels at low temperature, 16/20° to preserve aromas. Ageing continues on total lies between 8 to 16 months with regular stirring to gain depth and complexity. The two wines are then assembled. History: ...................................
